Recently, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) sent a letter to all agencies they fund, outlining a new Communications Protocol that has been incorporated in recent contribution agreements signed with CIC.
CIC Deadline for March 2009 Payment Claims
The March 2009 "Service Provider Report and Advance or Payment Claim" must be received by the CIC office you normally deal with no later than 10 a.m. on April 7, 2009. Documents available in English and French.
CIC Toronto Operations Slippage Report
These forms will become part of the regular monthly process, and they must be submitted each month along with the claim, statistical and narrative reports.
